Welcome, I'm Ella
My journey into conscious, embodied awareness began in my youth, first as a dedicated horseback rider and later as a dancer. I discovered early on that physicality and sensuality are intrinsic to my nature.

Yet, like many, I grew up in a family where human sexuality was never discussed. I inherited the conservative belief that, unlike other areas of life, you were simply expected to “just know” what to do in the bedroom—quietly, in the dark, and only within the confines of lifelong marriage. That legacy did not unfold for me, leaving me with unanswered questions and unexplored parts of myself.

Due to the impact of my mother's passing, I immersed myself in Eastern yogic philosophy through the Siddha Yoga tradition, devoting over a decade to meditation and selfless service in search of liberation and union with the Divine. In the process, I bypassed the erotic nature of our humanness.
Yet touch, non-verbal communication, and connection had been part of my life since working with horses, and it was something I could not abandon. During these years, I also studied traditional massage techniques, developing a tactile language rooted in care and presence.

By 2015, after years of spiritual practice, I felt a pull toward a different kind of learning—one that embraced intimacy, erotic energy, and conscious exploration.
Tantra became the doorway. Later, my path expanded to include D/s dynamics and BDSM, which—far from being only about intensity—offered me profound experiences of trust, vulnerability, and freedom. These practices have been a source of deep healing and expansion, and they are now something I feel called to share with others.

I am somewhat of a geek—I like to know how things work—and I am a life-long learner so I am always immersed in some new training on human sexuality.

I have trained with respected teachers and schools including Source Tantra with Charles Muir, BDSM with Om Rupani, The School of Womanly Arts with Mama Gena, the Practitioners’ Training with the International School of Temple Arts, and All For Love with Gillian Pothier, among others. Each has shaped my approach: blending conscious sexuality with spiritual practice, honoring boundaries, and creating spaces where people can safely explore their desires.

Today, my work integrates Tantra, somatic awareness, and conscious power dynamics, inviting others to step into fuller embodiment, self-acceptance, and pleasure. Whether you are curious, seeking healing, or ready for deeper exploration, my intention is to guide you with presence, skill, and respect for your unique journey.

And while I now dance for social fun and exercise, I continue to find ways to express myself artistically through boudoir modeling. Many of the photographs on my website are from projects over the last few years. My hope is not only to offer a pleasurable experience for those who enjoy them, but also to encourage others—men and women alike—to explore themselves through this captivating medium of expression.
